There's Always 2 beers on tap at Badbrew Brewing Company. See below for our current offerings and a brief description of each beer on tap.

Badbrew Brewing Company beers are brewed on-site using Badbrew's custom built 10 gallon all-grain RIMS system. See Our Brewing Process for a tour of the system and a detailed description of Badbrew Brewing Company's beer making techniques.

Bourbon Chaser – This unique brew is created in the tradition of a Kentucky Common Pre-Prohibition Ale. Once one of the most common beers available, the Kentucky Common style is brewed with a healthy dose of corn grits which is cereal mashed into a pale malt base during the brewing process. Old-school Cluster hops are added for authenticity. The beer is fermented quickly with a British Ale yeast, then cold-crashed for a crisp, clean taste. Alcohol by volume – 4.8%

Mole' Raven - Another twist in our "Raven" collection of Porters, Mole' Raven brings a bit of HEAT! We begin with our Dead Raven Porter base of Pale Ale Malt and a blend of specialty & roasted malts to which raw cacao nibs and split vanilla bean is added. The wort is lightly hopped and fermented with a neutral/dry English Ale yeast. We then add Pan-Seared Chipotle Peppers and allow the beer to extract the sweet, smoky heat that makes this brew complex and special. Alcohol by volume - 6.3%

Yellow Snow – (Zappa / New England Pale Ale). An Ode to one of our favorite legendary artist/musicians, Yellow Snow is hazy, smooth and a bit dank. This Special Edition version is a wort share collab with Hidden Wit Brewery. This beer starts with a base wort of Pilsen, Pale & Chit malt to which Malted Oats & Torrefied Wheat is added. Then it’s Hopped with Neomexicanus Hops – Both Neo1 and our singer’s namesake Zappa Hops. Grapefruit peel adds even more citrus character to this incredible brew. Special Edition ABV – 8.1%

our flagship beers

Sweet Potato Stout – Our most award-winning brew, Sweet Potato Stout is the flagship beer of Badbrew Brewing Company. Six different malts – including a healthy dose of roasted and dark barley, sweet potatoes, honey, and a touch of maple & nutmeg combine to create an unusual taste experience. A caramel-colored creamy head tops off the beer’s black, silky smooth body. Alcohol by Volume – 7.2%

Bogwater Brown Ale – The most requested beer of Badbrew Brewing Company, Bogwater Brown Ale combines a smooth drinkability with a taste unique amongst brown ales. Bogwater is brewed using British Maris Otter malted spring barley, flaked barley, and a blend of roast, aromatic and dark malts; then gently bittered with German Perle and American Mt Hood hops. Named “Best Beer” in the 2001 Deep Creek (MD) Homebrewing Challenge, Bogwater Brown Ale was brewed commercially by Deep Creek Brewing Company during the winter of 2001-2002. Best served at cellar temperature in a cool glass. Alcohol by Volume – 5.3%
