Copa Cascara – (Cascara Porter) This American-style porter is brewed with Costa Rican Cascara - the dried husks of the Coffee Bean. To a base of Pale & Munich malts, we add a blend of 5 roasted & specialty malts and the namesake Cascara. Hopping with Cluster and Willamette Hops adds to this beer’s complexity. Copa Cascara is a roasty brew with pleasant residual sweetness and just the right amount of coffee flavor with a subtle fig and dark fruit essence. Alcohol by Volume – 6.5%

Sweet Potato Stout – Our most award-winning brew, Sweet Potato Stout is the flagship beer of Badbrew Brewing Company. Six different malts – including a healthy dose of roasted and dark barley, sweet potatoes, honey, and a touch of maple & nutmeg combine to create an unusual taste experience. A caramel-colored creamy head tops off the beer’s black, silky smooth body. Alcohol by Volume – 8.4%

Szechuan Saison – Our exciting Farmhouse Ale is a wort-share collab of Midnight Brewery and MASH Homebrew Club. To Midnight's base wort of Pilsen, Vienna and Dextrine Malts, we add Crushed Rye, a touch of Midnight Wheat and Turbinado Sugar for a highly fermentable brew. New Zealand Moutere and Motueka Hops plus additions of fresh Lemongrass and Szechuan Peppercorns complete the unique flavor profile of this incredible beer. Alcohol by Volume - 6.8%
